SHIPPING
- all items are shipped via USPS (domestic) / USPS/EMS (international) with tracking, signature will be required for delivery
- tracking number will be provided via email/paypal for every order upon shipment
- items are shipped within 24-72 hrs of payment
- we only ship to confirmed paypal addresses. we reserve the right to cancel your order and your payment will be refunded
- additional fees apply for larger sizes (15+) or shoes with special or oversized packaging
- delivery times do not include saturdays, sundays, and public holidays and are subject to payment verification
- shipments go out monday through friday, not including public holidays
- for international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all duties or customs incurred
- all orders are shipped double boxed to protect both the shoes and the shoeboxes
- we are no responsible for additional international custom charges

RETURNS
All sales are FINAL There are no refunds, no exchanges, due to most items are being sold on consignment.
Once an item sells, the owner is contacted and paid for their consignment item. We can not offer returns on items because of this.
